Information on your reservation

Departure: until 10:00 am

The number of people staying in the house and indicated at the time of booking is final; this also applies to children and pets. People and animals without prior reservation will not be accepted.

Please treat the premises and equipment provided with care. We also ask you to leave the room or house clean and in good condition.

Please inform us immediately of any damage and defective equipment so that we can replace or repair it. Damage and dirt exceeding the normal use will be charged.

The premises are non-smoking.

Parents are responsible for supervising children. Children may only use the pool under the supervision of adults.

Dogs are allowed. When booking, please inform us about your pets. The keeper is responsible for his animals and has the obligation to collect dog droppings.

We will inform you whether or not your reservation request has been accepted. Once your booking request has been confirmed, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours and a bank transfer confirmation sent by e-mail. After receipt on our bank account, the booking is considered completed. If no payment is made within 24 hours, the booked period will be activated again for other inquiries.

If the booking request is made less than 5 weeks before the arrival date, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. In case of cancellation by you, this amount remains our property.

In the event of special conditions such as illness or accident, cancellation insurance reimburses the booking fees already paid. We recommend that you take an insurance.

Payment is made in euros, by bank transfer or cheque. We are not equipped for card payments.

The deposit is 30% of the total amount of your stay and must be transferred to our bank account within 24 hours. The amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

The balance must be paid 5 weeks before your arrival. If you do not pay the balance by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled. The deposit paid will not be refunded.

If we have to cancel the reservation for an unforeseen reason, we will refund the amount already paid.
